Everything was simply immaculate. Air-conditioned room, freshly cooked breakfast, frendly owner. As picky eaters we appreciated to be close to plenty of restaurants, went to Paranga couple of times, it was 15 mins walk away.

this hotel is equal to 4 stars. so glad we choose it, it's nice base for staying in cape town. it was across the residential area. admired sea view from the window.
